New 2018 Professional Series Designed for Department Managers

Just announced: NADA's new 2018 Professional Series helps new or high potential department managers become recognized leaders in their dealer groups! Choose from four manger-focused disciplines and build these core competencies:

  • Develop a sales process that supports the dealership vision for profitability.
  • Plan for the future of variable operations.
  • Manage vehicle inventory to impact the bottom line and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Find and hire top sales team members.
  • Consistently drive departmental profitability.

Each professional certification is comprised of four instructional modules and training is held in three different locations to meet market demands. Participants can complete certification in as few as three months:

Core Competencies (discipline specific) — blended (24 hours)

  • 16 hours: 2-day classroom, instructor-led
  • 8 hours: Interactive/online courses

Leadership Foundations — blended (24 hours)

  • 16 hours: 2-day classroom, instructor-led
  • 8 hours: Interactive/online courses

Human Resources Foundations

  • self-paced (8 hours)

DMS Applications (discipline specific)

  • self-paced (8 hours)
