Turbo Solutions: Accelerating Growth in 2025

We had planned to attend the 2025 ATD Show, but rare snowfall in New Orleans disrupted travel plans across the board—including ours. Even so, we’re excited to share the updates we would’ve delivered in person. The first quarter set a strong tone for what’s shaping up to be a standout year for Turbo Solutions. We're expanding in multiple directions while remaining true to our core values: quality manufacturing, innovative solutions, and genuine partnership with our dealers in the commercial vehicle industry.

New Actuator Program

We kicked off 2025 by introducing our Remanufactured Actuator Program. Each actuator goes through a complete overhaul where we replace all critical internal components prone to failure. After rebuilding, we put every unit through extensive testing in conditions that mimic what they'll face on the road. Like our turbochargers, these actuators are built in the United States and meet or exceed OE standards. Dealers can now offer their customers a more affordable option without sacrificing the quality Turbo Solutions is known for.

HQ Expansion in Pennsauken

Our product line isn't the only thing growing at Turbo Solutions. We're doubling the size of our Pennsauken, New Jersey headquarters, significantly boosting our manufacturing capacity. This expanded facility gives us room for more efficient operations, additional team members, and the equipment needed to scale up production. It represents our long-term investment in supporting our dealers for years to come.

Stronger Engineering Team

To complement our expanded facility, we've increased our engineering team to four full-time professionals and upgraded our testing equipment. These investments enable more thorough product validation, faster turnaround times, and better reliability when our parts hit the road. We've always prioritized technical excellence, but now we have the team and tools to take it even further.

New West Coast Shipping Hub

This year, we've dramatically improved our shipping network with a new Bay Area logistics hub, complementing our existing Chicago and Dallas operations. This third facility completes our national coverage, getting parts to dealers faster than ever. As Cyle Messling, Regional Parts Sales Manager at Inland Kenworth notes: "The West Coast distribution facility has truly transformed how we deliver products to our dealership locations and customers faster and more efficiently than ever before."

More Turbochargers, More Coverage

Our product catalog has expanded significantly. We've added the Ford 6.7L turbocharger family to our lineup, broadening our reach in the light-duty diesel market. We've also continued to grow our heavy-duty offerings with new Paccar, Cummins, and other on-highway products, ensuring our dealers have access to the most needed components for their customers. These additions resulted from direct conversations with our dealers about real-world applications needs.

Training That Fits Your Schedule

Training remains essential to our dealer support strategy, and this year we introduced Turbo University Online. This digital platform extends our in-person training program to anyone with an internet connection, offering four comprehensive courses focused on turbocharger diagnostics and preventing common failures. Built specifically for installers, this certificate baseline experience is designed to empower technicians, helping them sharpen their skills and make smarter, more efficient repairs. Accessibility was a priority in its design so your team can now get expert training without leaving the shop.
