LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Feb. 5, 2026) - The American Truck Dealers (ATD) has inaugurated Kevin Holmes of Massachusetts as its new chairman. Holmes succeeds Scott Pearson, president of Peterbilt of Atlanta, and will serve a two-year term.
“I am honored to be the next ATD chairman, and I am ready to do my part to propel the industry forward,” Holmes said. “Our strength as dealers comes from our solidarity and by working together, we can tackle the challenges that come our way.”

TYSONS, Va. (Feb. 19, 2026) – The American Truck Dealers (ATD), a division of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), welcomes David Bell, who will join the organization as its new president, effective March 2, 2026.
“David’s considerable experience in transportation policy will make him a successful leader for America’s franchised truck dealers,” said Kevin Holmes, ATD Chairman. “We look forward to working together to build a stronger trucking future.”
