MCLEAN, Va. (July 10, 2009) - NADA Retirement Administrators, Inc. (NADART) has named Betsy Piper/Bach as its new vice president. She replaces Philip Holland, who retired in June after 33 years of service with the company.

Prior to her position at Cardinal Bank, Piper/Bach served as chief trust officer of FBR National Trust Company for five years.

As a subsidiary of the National Automobile Dealers Association, NADART-based in McLean, Va.-has managed and administered 401(k), pension and profit-sharing plans since 1957. It offers retirement plans to companies in all industries, as well as NADA members.
