Joe St. John worked full-time at the dealership at age 16 and became a general manager at 30 years of age. St. John leads education and training for AutoFi, where he helped pioneer modern digital selling. He leverages his finance, insurance and sales management roots to help dealerships maximize profitability. He holds a master's degree from the University of Southern California, studied at Cambridge and Oxford, and was named a Truman Scholar and a USA Today Academic All-American.
