McLEAN, Va. (Dec. 12, 2012) - Choosing from hundreds of workshop sessions, attending franchise meetings, general sessions and meeting with exhibitors over the four-day NADA Convention and Expo can be a daunting task.

To help avoid scheduling conflicts, dealers and their managers are encouraged to utilize myNADAplanner, a free online, easy-to-use planning, scheduling and networking tool designed for attendees to maximize their time.

"One of the key features of the myNADAplanner system is connecting buyers and sellers on the expo floor and providing an advance look at the exhibitor list," said Mark Scarpelli, chairman of NADA's convention committee.

The myNADAplanner system automatically matches and selects the best possible connections based on information provided by the user. It allows users to schedule meetings with exhibitors before, during and after the convention, search for products and services on the expo floor and create a personalized, printable floor plan map.

In late December, the new NADA convention mobile app will be available, which will work seamlessly with myNADAplanner. The mobile app - available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices - will allow attendees to create a schedule, download workshop presentations and handouts, view speaker bios, navigate the convention center and shop the expo floor. To download the mobile app, search for "NADA 2013" in the App Store or Android Marketplace.

The 2013 NADA convention, which runs Feb. 8-11 in Orlando, Fla., will be held at the Orange County Convention Center. The annual American Truck Dealers (ATD) Convention and Expo once again runs concurrently with NADA.

Access to myNADAplanner is available to all registered attendees and exhibitors by using their username and password sent in the registration/housing confirmation email or by calling (800) 974-3084. Click here to log on to myNADAplanner.
