Jim Farley, Ford's president of global markets, recently addressed the NY Automotive Forum in advance of the New York International Auto Show.
For the franchise system in the U.S. to remain successful, it "is going to have to evolve in a meaningful way. That is completely doable. That success hinges on adding value for existing customers ... and exploring new revenue opportunities," he said.
