By purchasing a NADA Education Subscription (“Services”), using the Services, or otherwise indicating your agreement as the Subscriber to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), you represent and warrant that (1) an authorized individual acting on behalf of the Subscriber has read and understands, and that the Subscriber agrees to be bound by, these Terms and (2) the person signing on behalf of the Subscriber has the authority to bind the Subscriber to these Terms. If the Subscriber does not wish to be bound by these Terms, neither Subscriber nor any of its employees or agents may access or use the Services.

Subscriptions will commence upon initial payment and NADA will automatically process the monthly subscription fee for Services each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate for a period of twelve months.

Annual subscriptions are billed monthly in twelve equal installments and fees are non-refundable. Subscriber may cancel its subscription at any time but will remain obligated to make the monthly payments until the completion of the twelve-month initial term, at which time the cancellation will become effective.

At the end of the initial 12-month term the subscription will automatically renew as a month-to-month subscription, which may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ advance written notice. Subscription prices are subject to change at any time following the initial term based on NADA’s then-current subscription rates. Subscription must be active to register, enroll, and attend all courses.

Subscribers will have access to all on-demand course videos and materials for as long as the subscription is active. Students must be enrolled in the applicable seminar or class prior to attending in order to reserve a space in the class.
