Tom Holcombe is dealer of Little Apple Toyota Honda in Manhattan, Kan. He started in the automotive business in 1995 in Texarkana, Texas. While practicing law, a client of his convinced Tom to join him in the car business. Holcombe represents Kansas's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: June 2016-January 2023)
