NADA Board of Directors

Bobby Sight is managing partner of Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, Mo. He started in the automotive business sweeping floors in his family’s dealership at the age of 14 before he could drive. He has held multiple positions within the industry from porter, sales, service advisor, internet manager, desk manager, ops manager to managing partner. Sight represents Missouri's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: August 2021-January 2025)
