Rick DeSilva is president of Liberty Subaru in Emerson, N.J., Liberty Hyundai in Mahwah, N.J. and Liberty Kia in Ramsey, N.J. He started in the automotive business in 1974 at Hackensack Ford in Hackensack, N.J. DeSilva represents New Jersey's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: January 2017-January 2023)
