Mitchell Jay is dealer principal of Midstate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Barre, Vt. He started in the automotive business in 1990 at Capital Chrysler in Barre. He held multiple positions within the dealership. Jay represents Vermont's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: January 2017-January 2023)
