Please the following pre-class activities before the first day of class.
Activity 1: Introduction to Parts Management
- Complete the online introduction to parts management.
Activity 2: Mystery Shopping Experience
- Download the Mystery Shopping Experience document.
- Call three dealerships in your community and run through the scenario given in the document.
- Take notes on your customer service experience.
Activity 3: Conversation with Supervisor GM
- Download the Conversation with Supervisor GM document.
- Work with your Supervisor GM to complete the document. Once the document is complete save it to your PC and bring it to class.
Activity 4: Boutique / Slat Wall
- Download and read the article Becoming the Boss by Linda A. Hill.
- Take photos of your boutique/slat wall area
- Bring your photos to class.
