American Cancer Society Road To Recovery® Program

To help cancer patients access the vital care they need, the NADA Foundation is committing $3 million over the next three years to support the American Cancer Society Road To Recovery® program. It aims to ease patient burdens by providing free rides to cancer-related medical appointments to anyone in need.

Three Ways to Participate

1. Provide Drivers

There is a critical need for volunteer drivers, as requests for rides often exceed the number of drivers available, which means some patients risk missing or delaying their care simply because they lack reliable transportation.

By becoming a Road To Recovery volunteer driver, you’ll:

  • Support people facing cancer in the your community and beyond.
  • Provide comfort, encouragement, and companionship during a difficult time.
  • Make a meaningful impact — even just an hour of your day can change someone's life.

2. Champion the Cause

While drivers are the biggest need, there are many other ways your dealership can support the program's mission. In fact, some dealers use Road To Recovery as their main philanthropic initiative. Learn how your workplace can go the extra mile to become a Road To Recovery Champion.

3. Donate

Donate!

Your donation extends the NADA Foundation's financial support of this essential American Cancer Society program. Without it, reliable transportation to/from medical appointments for cancer patients is not guaranteed. Together, we can work to ensure everyone has an opportunity to receive treatment to beat cancer. Thank you for your support!
