Rhode Island Dealers Step Up for Fallen Heroes and Local Food Pantry
Two dealer groups in Rhode Island—Paul Masse Family of Dealerships[WA1.1] and Anchor Auto Group — are stepping up to support two important causes as part of their ongoing commitment to their local communities.
Paul Masse has made a significant $40,000 contribution to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization dedicated to assisting injured first responders, veterans, and Gold Star families through various charitable initiatives. This donation comes as Tunnel to Towers expands its mission across Rhode Island, particularly with community fundraising efforts across the southern region.
Bob Masse (left), President of Masse Family of Dealerships, alongside team members and GMC leadership, participated in a joint donation of $80,000 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
“Our team believes strongly in supporting the men and women who serve our communities and country,” said Paul Masse. “Tunnel to Towers represents a mission that brings people together around service, sacrifice, and community, and we are proud to support that work here in Rhode Island.”
In a generous move, GMC has also pledged to match the donation dollar-for-dollar, bringing the total contribution to $80,000 and further enhancing support for local community initiatives.
Meanwhile, in northern Rhode Island, Anchor Subaru has announced a $50,000 donation to the Northern Rhode Island Food Pantry in Cumberland as part of its annual Share the Love Campaign.
Food pantry organizers expressed their heartfelt gratitude, stating, “Thanks to the unwavering generosity of Anchor Subaru’s owners and the outstanding dedication of their sales team, an astonishing $60,000 was raised to further our mission of serving those in need.”
