NADA Executive Staff

Dan Ingber joined NADA in 2023 from the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), where he led the association’s D.C. office and headed up regulatory affairs and government relations, and also served as chief in-house counsel. Dan has clerked on the U.S. Appeals Court for the Seventh Circuit, litigated cases in state and federal court, and worked as in-house counsel for Feld Entertainment.

He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
