In this seminar, students learn how to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the first five weeks of the Academy to best select and develop their teams for the continuity of the business.

HOW IT WORKS
During ATD Academy Seminars, Instructors take you through a deep-dive into a specific department to help transform that department into a more profitable operation and take it to the next level. A dealership manager may also attend this specific department training week with a full time ATD Academy student, hone skills pertinent to their needs and receive a certificate.
