Joe Massarelli is President of Liberty Auto City in Libertyville, Ill. He started in the automotive business in 1986 upon graduating college. He has held multiple positions from parts & services to sales & finance & insurance management and became general manager in 1994. Massarelli serves as 2026 NADA Secretary and represents Metropolitan Chicago's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: January 2020-January 2029)
