Gary Housley is President of Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho, N.M. He got his start in the automotive business in 1976, working in the parts department at Bradley Chevrolet in Broken Arrow, Okla. He has held various positions during his career, including parts manager, fixed operations manager, sales manager, general manager and dealer. He became a franchised new-car dealer in 2014. Housley represents New Mexico's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: January 2025-March 2028)
