David Hammer is dealer principal of Contemporary Automotive Inc. in Milford, N.H. He started in the automotive business in 1997 after he transitioned from a 17 year investment banking career to the family business. Hammer represents New Hampshire's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: February 2022-March 2028)
