Armed with longtime service department experience and a law degree, Bob Atwood has been an NADA Academy and ATD Academy instructor for 26 years. He provides weeklong advanced training for dealership personnel and has spoken at many NADA and ATD Shows. Atwood has presented workshops at state association meetings, worked with dealers at NADA 20 Group meetings and conducted in-dealership fixed-operations training. Plus he has provided training for multiple automotive and truck manufacturers.

Larry Hourcle is an industry educator with more than three decades of experience. He joined NADA in 2016 as a management instructor, focusing on improving the customer experience and productivity in fixed operations. He is a certified senior master technician, specializing in both automotive and diesel repairs. Larry promotes proficiency in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and developing specialized information about performance issues to find consistent solutions.
