The following is the recommended schedule for arrival and departures. Please note that your schedule may need to be adjusted based on flight availability and your attendance at the ATD Board of Line Representatives Meeting:

Staff participating in the Finance or Executive Committee Meeting should arrive on Sunday, October 18.
All other staff should plan on arriving Monday, October 19, ahead of the Board Welcome Dinner and depart on Wednesday, October 21, following the conclusion of the Board meeting unless you have been invited to stay for the ATD Board of Line Representatives Meeting October 21 and 22.

Executive staff’s spouses are welcome to participate in the NADA October Board of Directors Meeting activities. NADA will reimburse a coach flight for your spouse as long as they actively participate in appropriate NADA events (meal functions, spouse program, etc.). (Spouse involvement is open to Executive Staff only.)
