Michael D. Niethammer leads King Auto Group and King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe, Hawaii. He started in the automotive industry working in sales for King Windward Nissan in 2003. He has held multiple positions in the dealership, including sales, F&I, used cars, chief financial officer and dealer principal. He became a franchised new-car dealer in 2010. Niethammer represents Hawaii's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term:  February 2026-March 2030)
