ATD released the following statement in response to the EPA's July 9 proposed rule to ease heavy-duty emissions requirements:
ATD supports EPA's targeted revisions to its heavy-duty truck emissions rules, which would reduce emissions while saving an average of $6,000 in compliance costs for every new truck.
