TYSONS, Va. (Nov. 3, 2026) – The American Truck Dealers (ATD) has elected Korey Neal Sr. as its next vice chairman. Neal will step into the role of vice chairman previously held in 2025 by Kevin Holmes, ATD's current chairman.

“I’m honored to have the trust of my fellow dealers as the next vice chairman of ATD,” said Neal. “I look forward to working with Chairman Holmes and ATD staff to address industry challenges, advocate for franchised medium- and heavy-duty truck dealers, and ensure stakeholders and policymakers recognize our industry’s vital role in the American economy.”

Neal is CEO of K. Neal Truck and Bus Center (KNT&B), which represents leading brands including International, Isuzu, Hino, IC Bus, and Cummins. The company operates in Maryland, DC, and Virginia and serves customers throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Under his leadership, KNT&B sells more than 1,000 commercial vehicles each year, maintains a leasing fleet of over 300 units, and commands nearly 40 percent of the school bus market share in Maryland. Notably, Neal has led multiple key acquisitions that expanded the company’s footprint by more than 75 percent.

The election took place at ATD’s board meeting on October 21, 2026. Neal will officially begin his term on February 19, 2027, at the ATD Show 2027 in Orlando, Florida.
