NADA/ATD has partnered with Delta Air Lines and United Airlines to offer travel discounts for NADA Show 2024. Book flights on:

1. Delta Air Lines
   Or call Delta Meeting Network® at 1.800.328.1111* Monday–Friday, 7am–7:30pm CT and reference Meeting Event Code NY2DN.
   *Please note there is no service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via Delta’s reservation 800 number.
2. United Airlines
   Coming Soon: The United Airlines code will be available in August 2023.

NADA offers complimentary shuttle bus service — Thursday, February 1 through Sunday, February 4, 2024 — to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center and official NADA hotels. Shuttle buses will also run to and from the NADA Welcome Reception and all official hotels, Thursday, February 1.

When ordering a car, note Uber and Lyft will pick up from the Las Vegas Convention Center West from Diamond Lot 1. This is located outside of West Hall 4.

The Las Vegas Monorail is offering NADA attendees exclusive fare discounts. Check back for more information.

NADA/ATD has partnered with a wide variety of hotels. Hotel rooms should be booked while registering for the NADA Show. Toward the end of the registration process, there will be an option to select your hotel accommodations. Alternatively, hotel reservations can be added later — only after you have registered for NADA Show — but, as room blocks fill quickly, we encourage you to book early. The last day to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Jan. 11, 2024. For all changes, please contact our housing and registration team at Maritz at nada@maritz.com or 864.208.8439.
