Who should attend?

What are the registration rates?

ATD Show registration rates are listed on the attendee registration page, which will open August 17.

How do I register to attend?

Attendees should register online. Onsite registration will be available during the Show, however, we strongly recommend attendees register ahead to save time and money.


Please note day passes are not offered. Registration is for the full event.

What types of payments are accepted for ATD Show registration?

We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for online and onsite registration. If you need to register by mail, please email events@nada.org.

May I attend ATD Show if I am not a member of NADA/ATD?

Yes! However, ATD members receive a discounted rate. Learn more about membership. If you have additional questions about ATD membership, please email the membership department or call 800.557.6232.

May I attend the NADA Welcome Reception?

Yes, the NADA Welcome Reception is available to ATD Show attendees. A ticket is included in the registration for member dealers and managers, and their registered guests. New for 2027, members can purchase up to four additional NADA Show Welcome Reception tickets ($279 each). The cost for nonmember dealers and managers, guests, and allied industry attendees is $279 per person.

How do I register my spouse/guest?

Spouses who accompany a dealer/manager can register at the guest rate, which includes all benefits of a full registration.


All registered spouses/relatives have access to the ATD Connection Hub, Education and ATD General Sessions.

Does ATD offer a student registration rate?

At this time, ATD does not offer a student rate.

May I bring my child/children to the ATD Show?

Yes, children under 18 may attend the ATD Show and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite. All children, except infants in backpacks or slings, must be registered and badged to be admitted to the Connection Hub and ATD Welcome Reception. 

Can I make changes to my attendee registration?

Yes, all changes to attendee registration details such as name, company, address, etc. will need to be done directly with Maritz. This change must be made in writing by emailing Maritz at: nada@maritz.com. There is no deadline for making these types of changes to your registration.

I left my attendee badge in my hotel room – now what?

We will be more than happy to reprint your attendee badge at Attendee Registration. Please note you are allowed one free reprint. Any additional reprints will incur a $75 fee.

How do I change or cancel my attendee registration?

To change or cancel your ATD Show registration, please email nada@maritz.com by December 21, 2026 to receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. After this date, no refund will be given. Optional ticketed events are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation.

Where and when is the ATD Show Welcome Reception?

The ATD Show Welcome Reception will take place in Regency Ballrooms R and S, Wed., Feb 17, 5-6:30pm.

Check out our Schedule at-a-Glance. Schedule is subject to change; confirm dates, times and locations onsite. Complete information will be printed in the program directory distributed to all attendees onsite, as well as listed within the mobile app.

Is there a mobile app for ATD Show?

ATD Show is featured as part of the NADA Show app. The Show app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play on your Apple or Android device 4-6 weeks prior to the ShowUse the app to manage your personal agenda, connect with fellow attendees, view session details, submit session feedback and more. 

Will there be photography/filming at the ATD/NADA Show?

Yes. NADA/ATD reserves the right to photograph, video record, and/or sound record presentations, attendees, and exhibitor’s booth and activities during the Show for publicity and marketing purposes only. Any other professional photography, recording, or reproduction in any medium, including via the use of tripod-based equipment, of any of the programs presented at ATD/NADA Show without the prior written consent of NADA is strictly prohibited. Permission may be obtained by NADA from any persons whose likeness and/or name is used, recorded, or displayed. Exception: Non-flash photography and audio or video recording using hand-held equipment, for strictly personal, social, or noncommercial use, are permitted if not disruptive, as determined by NADA.

I am a first-time attendee – is there a special orientation session?

At this time, ATD does not offer such a session for just ATD attendees. However, NADA offers an orientation Wed., Feb. 17 at 10:30am.

Hotel and Travel

Does ATD have a housing block?

Yes! ATD’s headquarters hotel is the Hyatt Regency Orlando. NADA/ATD has also partnered with a wide variety of nearby hotels

 

How do I make hotel reservations for ATD Show?

Hotel accommodations can be reserved during your registration process once registration opens (Aug. 17, 2026). There is an option toward the end of the registration form, where you can select your hotel accommodations. Alternatively, hotel reservations can be added later — only after you have registered for ATD Show — but, as room blocks fill quickly, we encourage you to book early. The last day to make hotel reservations is Feb. 3, 2027.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservations?

For all hotel changes, please email Maritz at nada@maritz.com or 864.208.8439 by Feb. 3, 2027, 5pm ET.

 

Changes cannot be accepted during the processing of the rooming lists. Beginning Feb. 9, 2027, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel or change a reservation. Check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy. Most hotels require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival date.

NADA/ATD provides free shuttle service between key hotels within the NADA/ATD Show housing block Wed., Feb.17 through Saturday, Feb. 20. Check back for the shuttle schedule and routes.
