ATD Show is the commercial truck Industry’s premier marketplace for cutting-edge innovations, products and technologies targeted to commercial truck dealerships – those who own, operate and work within the franchised new truck dealerships industry. This show is not open to the general public.
- What are the registration rates?
ATD Show 2024 registration rates are listed on the attendee registration page.
- How do I register to attend?
Attendees may register online or via mail. Learn how on the attendee registration page. Onsite registration will be available in Las Vegas during the Show, however, we strongly recommend attendees register online to save time and money.
Please note day passes are not offered. Registration is for the full event.
- What types of payments are accepted for ATD Show registration?
We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for online and onsite registration. If registering by mail, you must submit a personal check, along with your printed registration form.
- May I attend ATD Show if I am not a member of NADA/ATD?
Both ATD members and nonmembers are welcome to attend the show. However, ATD members receive a discounted rate. Learn more about Membership. If you have additional questions about ATD membership, please email the membership department or call 800.557.6232.
- May I attend the NADA Welcome Kick-off Reception?
Yes, the NADA Welcome Reception is available to ATD Show attendees. A ticket is included in the registration for dealers and managers, and their registered guests. The cost for nonmember dealers and managers, guests, and Allied Industry attendees is $250 per person.
- How do I register my spouse?
Spouses who accompany a dealer/manager can register at the guest rate, which includes all benefits of a full registration.
All registered spouses/relatives have access to the ATD Connection Hub, Education and ATD General Sessions.
- Does ATD offer a student registration rate?
At this time, ATD does not offer a student rate.
- May I bring my child/children to the ATD Show?
Yes, children under 18 may attend the ATD Show and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite. All children, except infants in backpacks or slings, must be registered and badged to be admitted to the Connection Hub and ATD Welcome Reception.
- Can I make changes to my attendee registration?
Yes, all changes to attendee registration details such as name, company, address, etc. will need to be done directly with Maritz. This change must be made in writing by emailing Maritz at: firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no deadline for making these types of changes to your registration.
- I left my attendee badge in my hotel room – now what?
We will be more than happy to reprint your attendee badge at Attendee Registration. Please note you are allowed 1 free reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $50 fee.
- How do I change or cancel my attendee registration?
Send written request of a registration change or cancellation to email@example.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All written cancellations must be received by December 22, 2023. A $50 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation. Cancellations after December 22, 2023 will not receive a refund (no exceptions). Optional ticketed events are non-refundable. Refunds are only available when an attendee cancels his/her main registration for the ATD Show. You are responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation as well.

- Where and when is the ATD Show Welcome Reception?
The ATD Show Welcome Reception will take place in the ATD Connection Hub, Margaux Ballroom of the Wynn Las Vegas, Thursday, February 1 5–6:30pm.
- Where can I find a listing of scheduled events?

- Is there a mobile app for NADA Show?
ATD Show 2024 is featured as part of the NADA Show app. The Show app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play on your Apple or Android device 4–6 weeks prior to the Show. Use the app to manage your personal agenda, connect with fellow attendees, view session details, submit session feedback and more.
- I am a first-time attendee – is there a special orientation session?
At this time, ATD does not offer such a session for just ATD attendees. However, NADA offers an orientation called Meet NADA: Show Orientation — Thursday, February 1 at 10:30am in LVCC Room W311.

HOTEL AND TRAVEL
- Does ATD have a housing block in and around Las Vegas?
Yes! ATD’s headquarter hotel for ATD Show 2024 is Wynn Las Vegas. ATD has also partnered with a wide variety of nearby hotels.
- How do I make hotel reservations for ATD Show?
Hotel accommodations can be reserved during your registration process once registration opens. There is an option toward the end of the registration form where you can select your hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations can alternatively be added later but only after you register for ATD Show. The last day to make hotel reservations is January 11, 2024, 5pm CT.
- How do I make changes to my hotel reservations?
For all hotel changes, please contact our housing and registration team at Maritz at firstname.lastname@example.org or 864.208.8439 by January 11, 2024, 5pm CT.
Changes cannot be accepted turing the processing of the rooming lists, January 12–14, 2024. Beginning January 15, 2024, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel or change a reservation. Check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy. Most hotels require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival date. If cancellation policies are met, you will receive a full deposit refund within 7–10 business days.

NADA/ATD provides free shuttle service between key hotels within the NADA/ATD Show housing block Thursday, February 1 through Sunday, February 4. Check back for the shuttle schedule and routes.
