Request Function Space 

Exhibitors and groups that would like to request space for a hospitality event or meeting at an NADA-contracted hotel need to complete the Hotel Function Space Request Form. All requests MUST be submitted via this form, no direct requests to hotels will be accepted.
 

IMPORTANT: 2027 Schedule Change

Please note that the NADA Show will follow a Wednesday-Saturday pattern in 2027.

We strongly encourage you to review the schedule-at-a-glance before submitting requests.


Function Space Policies

Please review the following guidelines carefully:

  • Function space will not be assigned during official NADA Show activities, including:
    • Education sessions
    • Expo Hours
  • No functions are permitted during the Welcome Reception at Universal Epic Universe
  • Events must be scheduled after official show programming concludes each day
  • Displays such as sponsor tables, banners, vehicles, or signage are not permitted in public hotel spaces
  • All displays must remain within your assigned function room
  • Space assignments cannot be changed without written approval from NADA

Please also note that hotels may require:

  • Meeting room rental fees
  • Food & Beverage minimums
     

Function space is not available for Allied Industry groups. If you are an Allied Industry company and would like to exhibit, click here for information on exhibiting. If you are assigned booth space and cancel your booth, your function space will also be cancelled.

Once your request has been received, you will receive an email confirmation and will receive your space assignment within 30 days of receipt of your request.
