The main airport in Las Vegas is the Harry Reid International Airport, which is 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center.

NADA offers complimentary shuttle bus service — Thursday, February 1 through Sunday, February 4, 2024 — to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center and official NADA hotels. Shuttle buses will also run to and from the NADA Welcome Reception at Sphere and all official hotels, Thursday, February 1. View the Schedule

When ordering a car, Uber and Lyft will pick up from the Las Vegas Convention Center West from Diamond Lot 1. This is located outside of West Hall 4.

The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) Loop provides fast and convenient transportation for attendees across the LVCC campus and the city of Las Vegas. With stops at both the North and West buildings, as well as Resorts World and the Riviera, you can reach your destination in mere minutes. Attendees must show their Attendee Badge to access the loop from within the LVCC. Typical walk time between the West Hall to the existing North/Central Hall can take up to 25 minutes. The same trip on LVCC Loop takes approximately 2 minutes. Learn more.

NADA has partnered with a wide variety of hotels (view map of hotels | visit Hotel Accommodations). Hotel rooms should be booked while registering for the NADA Show. Toward the end of the registration process, there will be an option to select your hotel accommodations. Alternatively, hotel reservations can be added later — only after you have registered for NADA Show — but, as room blocks fill quickly, we encourage you to book early. Scooter and Wheelchair Rental (Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) only): Requests for use during NADA Show 2024 at the LVCC can be made through, during show days, Scootaround set up outside of the FedEx Office located in the West Building where you can pick-up and drop off your rentals.
