AVIS Rent a Car is offering special rental car rates, available from one week before NADA Show through one week after the convention. All AVIS rentals include air conditioning, automatic transmission and unlimited free mileage.

NADA offers complimentary shuttle bus service — Wednesday, February 17 through Sunday, February 20 — to/from the Orange County Convention Center and official NADA hotels. Shuttle buses will also run to and from the NADA Welcome Reception, Wednesday evening.

Driving to NADA Show? There's plenty of parking at the convention center for your convenience. Parking is available outside of the West Concourse on a first-come, first-served basis via cashless payment. Purchase pre-paid parking.  

NADA has partnered with a wide variety of hotels (view map of hotels | visit Hotel Accommodations). Hotel rooms should be booked while registering for the NADA Show. Toward the end of the registration process, there will be an option to select your hotel accommodations. Alternatively, hotel reservations can be added later — only after you have registered for NADA Show — but, as room blocks fill quickly, we encourage you to book early. The last day to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Jan. 3, 2027. For all changes, please contact our housing and registration team at Maritz at nada@maritz.com or 864.208.8439.

I-Ride Trolley provides a convenient and reliable alternative for leisure and business travelers along International Drive. With more than 100 stops between Universal Boulevard and SeaWorld, the trolley connects you to popular destinations like ICON Park, Pointe Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center. Trolleys operate daily 8am-10:30pm. View route maps and schedules.
