  There is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via Delta's reservation 800 number.

  Travel dates must be between Jan. 16-31, 2025 to receive the discount.

  Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations. International customers should contact their local United Reservations Desk. 

NADA and AVIS Rent a Car have partnered to offer special rental car rates, available from one week before the convention to one week after the convention. All AVIS rentals include air conditioning, automatic transmission and unlimited free mileage.

NADA offers complimentary shuttle bus service — Thursday, January 23 through Sunday, January 26, 2025 — to and from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and official NADA hotels. 

Shuttle buses will also run to and from the NADA Welcome Reception and all official hotels, Thursday, January 23. View the Shuttle Schedule.

The designated drop-off and pick-up area at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is the Taxi Rideshare Zone, located directly outside of Lobby G, off South Peters Street.

New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is proud to offer electric vehicle charging stations, complimentary to NADA Show attendees. Chargers are located at 400 Calliope Street, New Orleans, LA.

The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority offers four streetcar lines throughout some of New Orleans' most iconic neighborhoods. A standard one-way fair is $1.25. To plan your trip and purchase a fare, visit the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority.

NADA has partnered with a wide variety of hotels (view map of hotels | visit Hotel Accommodations). Hotel rooms should be booked while registering for the NADA Show. Toward the end of the registration process, there will be an option to select your hotel accommodations. Alternatively, hotel reservations can be added later — only after you have registered for NADA Show — but, as room blocks fill quickly, we encourage you to book early.
