Request Function Space
 

Exhibitors and groups that would like to request space for a hospitality event or meeting at an NADA-contracted hotel need to complete the Hotel Function Space Request Form. All requests MUST be submitted via this form, no direct requests to hotels will be accepted.
 

Prior to booking space, please check out our schedule-at-a-glance. ALERT! For the 2026 Show there has been a shift in event days. Note: The Show is being held Tuesday-Friday, February 3-6. Pay close attention to the days of the week as well as the dates when submitting your function space request:

Franchise Meetings:
Franchise meetings will be held Tuesday & Wednesday at 3pm; Thursday at 12:30 & 3pm; Friday at 10:30am.

Education:
Education sessions will be held Tuesday at 12noon, 1:15pm & 2:30pm; Wednesday & Thursday at 12:30pm & 3:30pm; Friday at 10:30am.

Expo:
Expo will open at 10am on Wednesday, directly following Mainstage. The expo will close at 12:30pm on Friday.

Please add all of your function requests to this form.
 

Note that function space is not available for Allied Industry groups. If you are an Allied Industry company and would like to exhibit, click here for information on exhibiting. If you are assigned booth space and cancel your booth, your function space will also be cancelled.

NOTE: Functions will not be assigned during NADA Show exhibit hours or Education Sessions, which are:

  • noon-4:15pm, Tuesday, February 3
  • 10am-5pm, Wednesday, February 4
  • 8:30am-5pm, Thursday, February 5
  • 8:30am-12:30pm, Friday, February 6


Function space will also not be assigned during the NADA Welcome Reception on Tuesday, February 3, 7pm-10pm.

No sponsor tables, banners, automobiles, gobos, etc., will be allowed on display in the hotel public space. These must be within the function room.

Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of space limitations, your first choice may not be available. Therefore, please select six (6) hotel choices. At most hotels, we are not holding space prior to Sunday, January 31. If you need space prior to that date, we will contact the hotel for availability. If you would like to reserve a space for multiple days, please enter a date range in the "Set-up Information – Date/Time" section of the form.

Payment Info:

Hotels may charge a room rental rate and/or impose a Food and Beverage minimum, if hosting a meeting. The hotel will provide details on any fee requirements once function space has been confirmed.

Once your request has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive your space assignment within 30 days of receipt of your request.
