More women are working in dealerships than ever before but that doesn’t mean our work on gender diversity should stop. And the NADA Women Driving Auto Retail event at NADA Show is at the forefront of this initiative. Taking place Thursday, February 1 — and now an all-day program thanks largely to sponsors Ally, CarGurus/CarOffer, Epsilon Automotive, Group 1 Automotive, RouteOne and Solera — this event is a powerhouse of inspiration, education and networking opportunities, designed to explore and promote gender diversity in the auto retail sector. All leaders in dealerships, including men, who can be allies in making change are invited to join us.

Event Schedule and Location
The event kicks off at the prestigious Wynn Las Vegas. Here, attendees will be motivated by dynamic speakers, Dr. Amy Cuddy and Shelley Zalis, and participate in a networking session with fellow leaders working in auto retail. The morning concludes with a lunch that provides a perfect opportunity for informal discussions and relationship-building.

In the afternoon, the action moves to the Las Vegas Convention Center, where select NADA Show 2024 workshops and the Women in AI Super Session provide attendees with valuable insights and skills to thrive in the industry.
