Winter Meeting
January 22-23, 2025, in New Orleans, LA
ATAEs will gather in New Orleans next January for the annual ATAE Winter Meeting.
The NADA Show will be held at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, January 23-26, 2025.
The Hilton Riverside will serve as the headquarters for the ATAE events. Linked here you will find a preliminary ATAE schedule of events, along with our hotel map. The ATAE events will begin on January 22, 2025.

NADA Show
January 23-26, 2025, in New Orleans, LA
Industry leaders, manufacturers, exhibitors and other key players in the automobile retail industry convene each year at the NADA Show.
They come to learn the latest tools, tactics and industry trends, see the hottest new automotive products and technologies, and make important connections in the unique atmosphere that only NADA can provide.
Every aspect of the NADA Show is designed to help dealers win big at retailing.

ATAE Group Benefits Meeting
April 2025.
Associations will meet to talk about the services and benefits that they offer their dealer members.
Discussions will be focused on health insurance, worker’s comp, and many ancillary benefits.

ASNA Summer Meeting
July 14-15, 2025, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Auto Shows of North America (ASNA) will meet to talk about issues, challenges, and best practices of auto shows.
Allied industry sponsors and OEMs are invited to participate.

July 16-18, 2025, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
ATAE business sessions will focus on current industry topics and association management.

ATAE Legislative Conference
October 15-16, 2024, in Nashville, TN
This meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, TN. We will gather at the conclusion of the NADC meeting, being held at the same location. Please stay tuned for registration and agenda information.
ATAE Education & Events Meeting
November 5-8, 2024, Austin TX
This year, the Education & Events meeting will be held in conjunction with the Communications meeting.
Associations will discuss topics and speakers who they can present to their dealer members. Roundtables are very effective among this group to share how associations increase attendance at their seminars.

ATAE Communications & Public Relations Focus Group Meeting
November 5-8, 2024, Fairmont Austin
The Communications meeting will gather at it's normal date and will join with the Education & Events meeting this year. Please stay tuned for registration information.
Please join us to talk about ways that associations can better serve their members through social media, artificial intelligence, and other marketing avenues. This discussion-based group meets to share ideas.
