ATAE Legislative Conference

October 15-16, 2024, in Nashville, TN
This meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, TN. We will gather at the conclusion of the NADC meeting, being held at the same location.
As a reminder, the Conference will take place as follows:
- Arrivals (or NADC) on Tuesday morning, October 15
- Box lunches available at noon on October 15
- Conference sessions from 1:00-5:00 pm on October 15
- Reception at the Hyatt from 5:30-6:30pm on October 15
- Dinner on your own
- Breakfast and conference sessions from 7:30am-noon on October 16
Registration is open until September 11. The registration fee is $385 per person; please feel free to share this invitation with your in-house legal and/or legislative staff experts who would like to attend.

- The standard room is $339 for single/double occupancy, plus 15.25% tax. There is also a $2.50 per room night occupied fee. Please ensure that you book your hotel room when registering for the meeting.
- If you are attending the NADC meeting immediately prior to the ATAE Legislative Conference, you will need to make a separate room reservation for the Legislative Conference, however, you will not need to change rooms and your rate will be the same for both events.
- The closet airport is the Nashville International Airport (BNA), at 9 miles, and is approximately a 12-minute drive.
- If you are driving to the meeting, valet parking at the hotel is available for $55 a day.
