Julia got her start in the automotive industry over a decade ago overseeing PPC, social, and SEO strategies as a Digital Marketing Director. She currently collaborates with a variety of teams; from developers and data analysts to ad tech and innovation. Julia's goal is to help dealers utilize data and the most advanced tools available, with the goal of making shoppers' lives easier.

Kayla Kody serves as the VP of Business Development with the Richmond Ford Group. She holds Bachelors Degrees in marketing and international economics with continuing studies in marketing from Cornell. Over the past eight years, Julia has helped companies in real estate, automotive, and other industries improve their businesses as they relate to the customer and employee experience, with a digital twist. She has a passion for helping dealers embrace new tactics and technologies.
