Jason Stein is CEO of Flat Six Media, a global media services and broadcasting platform, and president and corporate development officer at motormindz Inc., a global automotive venture consultancy. Stein hosts of SiriusXM's new radio show, "Cars & Culture with Jason Stein," a sought-after venue for actors, musicians, race car drivers and business leaders to discuss their own passion for the auto industry and beyond. Guests have included Mark Wahlberg, Jimmie Johnson, John Elway, Toto Wolff, Zak Brown, Jay Leno, Roger Penske and Joe Gibbs.
Renee Stephens serves as Vice President of Automotive at We Predict, providing predictive component quality and cost-benchmarking data and analysis to major OEMs, suppliers, tech companies, EV start-ups and industry organizations. She previously served as Vice President of U.S. Auto Quality at J.D. Power — with responsibility for key U.S. automotive quality studies and innovation projects to understand customer behavior and preferences in the ride-hailing, ridesharing, HMI and safety areas. During her 28 years at General Motors, Renee led Global Quality Data Management with responsibility for quality improvement on current and future products across 140 countries globally.
After 15 years in the OEM world, most with Toyota and Lexus, John Malishenko joined the Germain group in 2001 as a General Manager of a new Lexus dealership in Columbus, OH, before becoming Director of Operations in 2008 and ultimately Chief Operating Officer in 2011. John developed an organizational "Operating System" that focused on People, Process, Productivity, Planning and Partnerships with a goal to build a decentralized, scalable architecture that would drive continuous growth through sustainable change. Since then, the group has grown from 8 stores to 20, with 2021 units sales of 28,000 and a group net to sales of 7.0%.
Jeremy Beaver started in the automotive business at age 16 working as a customer service representative at a local Dodge store. From there Jeremy joined start-up technology company Jumpstart Automotive. In 2008, Jeremy joined the Del Grande family, the largest family-owned dealer group in the Bay Area, to help grow their footprint in California. Throughout more than 13 years with the group Jeremy has held many positions in the dealership and currently serves as CEO. Recognized as a 40 under 40 member by Automotive News in 2019, he serves on numerous boards and dealer councils for various automotive manufacturers and other partners.
Liza Borches is a fourth-generation automobile retailer, with experience growing an organization exponentially through a people-focused approach. Offering employee ownership, managing partnerships, and values-based hiring, Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) has grown from 3 dealerships to 20 in the last 15 years, representing 6 markets, 1,000 associates and 18 franchises across Virginia and West Virginia. CMA's mission is to Move Lives Forward for customers, associates and the community. Under Liza's leadership, CMA has lived this mission through progressive changes in the customer experience, innovative benefit programs, employee ownership, a commitment to sustainability and many non-profit partnerships.
Keith McCluskey is the owner of McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the 2022 Co-Chair of the Chevrolet National Dealer Council and serves on GM's Dealer Executive Board. McCluskey Chevrolet is consistently one of the top new and used volume dealers in the country for General Motors. This year they are adding a 220,000 square foot space and 25 acres to their current Chevrolet facility to facilitate future growth in both sales and service. In 2017 Keith received a patent for a unique used vehicle search algorithm that helps maximize their sales and profits.
As President and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America, and head of Volkswagen brand in North America, Scott Keogh leads all Volkswagen brand activities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, including factories in Tennessee and Mexico. As head of the Group, he also oversees U.S. operations of Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and VW Credit Inc.
