Kendall Rawls

Since officially joining the firm in 2004, she has navigated issues dealers face including, working effectively with family, building rapport with key management and outside strategic partners, influencing teamwork, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and increased performance of an organization. Kendall knows and understands the challenges that impact the success of entrepreneurial-owned businesses, and offers a unique perspective derived from her background and her experience as a second-generation, family-member-employee of The Rawls Group.

Dan Iosue
Partner, Succession Planner
As a succession planner, Dan Iosue leverages his more than a decade of experience in corporate leadership and financial planning working with dealers to help them achieve their long-term business goals. Dan works with dealers and key executives to overcome challenges that impact business success, keeping them focused on sustainability and growth.<br><br>Dan grew up in Florida, and then attended Macalester College in Minnesota, where he played both football and baseball. Dan serves as a board member for the Crealde School of Art and is a Founder's Club member of CrossFit Winter Park.

Eric Pridgen

Eric Pridgen is a Partner in the law firm of Underwood & Roberts, PLLC. For over 17 years, Eric has represented a multitude of businesses including numerous dealer groups around the country. His expertise includes working with dealers and other clients on business and tax planning, formation and structuring, operations, expansion, manufacturer relations, and succession planning.
