With more than 30 years' experience in the automotive industry, Chief Client Officer Cathy Orrico helps further Agero's strategic direction, helping clients transform the customer experience in innovative, meaningful, and profitable ways throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle. She oversees client services, account and sales management, contract negotiations, and training. Orrico previously served as VP Sales at Reynolds and Reynolds, where she was responsible for OEM solutions. She also held positions in sales management, sales and marketing, and began her career in customer service. Orrico studied Economics and Marketing at Western Michigan University.
