With a prominent background in fixed operations, Anthony Greenhalgh is a 30-year veteran of the automotive industry. General Motors has recognized him as a "Top Performer" for his success in the automotive parts industry. He holds certifications in customer loyalty management, change implementation, and process management. Before joining Rapid Recon, he spent 24 years at a multi-franchise metro dealer where he internalized the cosmetic reconditioning operations. By doing so, he achieved a complete 4.7-day reconditioning turn and added hundreds of thousands of dollars in net profit to the bottom line, money the dealer was previously spending on vendors.

Anthony Martinez is director of customer performance for Rapid Recon. He served in the U.S. Army and is a combat veteran. Afterward, he spent eight years in home construction and quality control, and then ran a recon center servicing three stores reconditioning over 1,200 vehicles a month. Martinez is certified in Lean and Six Sigma, and his expertise in reducing recon cycle times has been featured in Automotive News and Fixed Ops Magazine.
