In this capacity, he represents dealer interests before, and educates dealers on regulations promulgated by, federal executive branch agencies that oversee dealer operations.

Doug Greenhaus is NADA's chief regulatory counsel, environment, health and safety. He represents dealer interests before such federal agencies as EPA, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Labor. He advises and counsels NADA members and staff on federal regulatory matters. He is also the author of numerous trade articles and educational materials as well as a frequent industry speaker.
