His experience and knowledge has brought underperforming stores to elite status. Alex is a Veteran of our US armed forces and with that brings much needed structure and accountability to his stores.

Tustin Ulrich is the General Manager of Roper Kia and Roper Mitsubishi in Joplin, Missouri. His introduction to the car business was as a BDR for Roper Kia. Since then, he has held nearly every position on the sales side of a dealership. Through this experience, he decided that a people-first, culture over credentials, and training environment was not only possible but could flourish in this industry. Two years ago, he became the General Service Manager at Roper Kia knowing he could instill this idea and be wildly successful. Now as the General Manager, he is paving the way to massive growth.
