Over 2,000 auto dealers use Rapid Recon to improve inventory turn rates and per-vehicle profitability. McGinn leveraged a 21-year career with Hewlett-Packard, where he mastered the principles of continuous process improvement with advanced manufacturing software for automotive OEMs, to start Rapid Recon in 2010. He has also authored two best-practices books.

David Simches is the Group Used Car Director for Crown Automotive Group, which operates 22 Franchised dealerships in Florida, Tennessee, and Ohio. He is a highly energetic process-oriented practitioner focused on inventory sourcing, turn and per-vehicles profitability. Before joining Crown, he was the Director of Performance Management at DealerSocket and worked with over 3,000 dealers to improve their software utilization and speed-to-sale performance. He has successfully developed procedures to increase inventory acquisitions across the group and streamlined the reconditioning process.

Dan has over 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, including stints on both the manufacturing and retail sides of the business. He worked as General Manager for three separate Lexus dealerships before joining the Kenwood Dealer Group two years ago.

Jared Ricart is the President of Ricart Automotive Group, in Columbus, Ohio. Ricart Ford was founded by his grandfather, Paul Ricart Sr, in July 1953. Today, Ricart employs over 500 and annually sells approximately 15,000 new and used vehicles across 6 product lines. June of 2019, Ricart Automotive acquired the A.D. Farrow Harley-Davidson dealerships in Columbus, OH, making Ricart the owner of America's oldest Harley-Davidson dealer. Jared is a 2011 NADA Dealer Academy Graduate, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their children: Rhett (6), and identical twin 4-yr old girls, Gabby and Lilly.
