And that is going to be available to everyone so that you can go back and look at the information for sure. 2. I just wanted to check in and see on the hotel deadline, I understand Friday is the cancellation deadline for pre-booked rooms, but if we have our number of rooms straight, didn't we have until the end of December to change names or number of nights? ANSWER: Are you talking about a block of rooms or just individual? I would go to the website or phone number and just make sure that that is the case. I don't handle registration full time, but for this particular exercise, those were the dates and times that we were given to share. So I just don't want to give you the wrong information. Alright, I'll look it up. Thanks. Thank you. 3. I want to make sure I heard correctly it said submit floor plan by December 2nd. Did I hear that correctly? ANSWER: Correct, yes. 4. And you can you tell me again where that is and which the floor Plan 2, obviously we have a booth number just where we're going to be. Yeah. ANSWER: So on our website you would go to the Exhibitor Services area and that the page for the service kit. You're going to click on the service kit page. When you Scroll down that page, we really offer you all of the pertinent forms or most of them that you need. And they're easily accessible there. So for these forms, and there are many of them, you don't even have to go inside of the service kit, which many people find helpful. So in the service kit area, you would find it there. 5.Will you be sending out a recording of this meeting to all attendees? ANSWER: We will be sending out a recording to all exhibitors. So all of the exhibitors at our show will get this recording to help them with their planning and that is, we'll include that in the next Expo update, but it's also going to be on our website under resources and that probably will go up as early as Monday of next week. 6. Can 2022 order forms be provided? Our booth is not changing but we are unable to locate previous forms in booth rendering. ANSWER: Go ahead and reach out to Terri Carter on our team because Terri may have your your past layout for you and she can assist you. 7. With hotel deadline this week, is that just for the number of rooms, we can still change names on rooms until the end of December, right? ANSWER: That is correct, yes. That is correct. 8. I see the exhibitor profile deadline is the 5th. Do all the sections such as products, press releases and show specials also need to be completed by then or can we edit those sections later? ANSWER: You can definitely edit those sections later. We especially like for companies that have their profile and their product description completed because right now dealers are signing up for the show, they've registered and they're starting to plan their need experience. So we just want you to have all of the tools that you need and they are looking for certain products. So they're looking for certain companies and the more information that they see for your brand, the better it is for you. 9. To meet the deadline to cancel unused rooms, do we just click the link release unassigned rooms? ANSWER: That sounds like that would be the right answer. However, I would reach out to our housing folks at that e-mail that we looked at earlier and it's on the registration page in the section in the resources section of the website or you can also reach out to Beth Baumgardner on our team. And our contact information is also on the website as well. 10. Who would I reach out to for sponsorship opportunities? ANSWER: You would reach out to Michelle Schaner, mschaner@nada.org. On our website there is a sponsorship section and that does have her contact information. She is the manager of our sponsorship world and she would love to hear from you.
