Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the NADA Mobile Application (“App”), developed exclusively for use by individuals affiliated with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App offers two tiers of access:

  • Public (Guest) Access: General, read-only access to select features such as the Landing page, Spotlight Banner, and Latest News.
  • Authorized (Logged-In) Access: Reserved for verified users who have been granted credentials by an authorized administrator. This level includes personalized content and role-based features.

Self-registration is not permitted. Only users assigned by NADA administration may access the secure, role-based sections.

2. User Eligibility

Access to authorized features is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Are assigned a valid user account by NADA administrative personnel.
  • Log in using provided credentials.

Unauthorized users may only access publicly available features. Sharing or misusing login credentials is a violation of these Terms.
