Now accepting applications for NADA Academy's newest program, Academy Plus.
Academy Plus educates and prepares six dealership leaders from a single dealership to maximize performance and accelerate results.
- What’s different? The emerging dealership leader – plus up to five department managers from a single dealership – can attend individual class weeks covering financial management, parts, service, pre-owned vehicles, new vehicles and business leadership.
- NADA 20 Group Financial Composite. To make real-time strategy adjustments, the NADA 20 Group’s Financial Composite with enhanced internet metrics provides participating dealerships with valuable analytical insight to compare performance, track trends and
discover best practices. Plus, a NADA 20 Group consultant will review the dealership’s composite between class weeks.
- NADA 20 Group In-Dealership Consulting. After completing the program, a NADA 20 Group consultant will visit the dealership to ensure its goals and objectives are being met.
- NADA University Online Premium Subscription. Participating dealership locations will receive 24/7 access for all employees to hundreds of online courses, workshops and webinars for the duration of the program.
The program includes six intensive week-long classroom sessions at NADA Headquarters in Tysons, VA. One full-time student attends all six classroom sessions. Up to five different managers/directors (one manager/director each week) attend classroom sessions as a certificate
participant with full-time student. Example: CFO attends Financial Management; Parts Manager attends Fixed Operations 1; Service Director attends Fixed Operations 2; Sales Director attends Variable Operations 1 and 2. All certificate program participants are invited to attend the final week, which
includes Business Leadership, 20 Group meeting and graduation.
