This session will illustrate how “cracking the code” to remote selling is more about breaking an outdated retail mindset based on website leads, to a more modern logistics mindset based on operational speed and dependability. Participants will gain a clear path to deploy a “buy anywhere” approach, with flexible business processing, operational shifts and the technology foundation for becoming a customer-centric and digitally efficient dealership. We’ll identify best practices from other consumer industries and demonstrate how dealers can quickly leap forward in their ability to promote, sell, finance and schedule delivery of cars remotely while meeting customers' ever-increasing expectations in the digital era.
