H. Andrew “Andy” Crews

New Hampshire

Andy Crews is president/CEO of AutoFair Automotive Group in Manchester, N.H. He started in the automotive business in 1986 working as a technician at a gas station in Tucker, Ga. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, specializing as a diesel mechanic. He then entered the General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program and became a certified technician. Crews served again as a Marine reservist during Operation Desert Storm and then returned to the automotive business after his tour. His career advanced and took him to different cities throughout the country as he learned the automotive retail business and rose through the ranks before he was named president/CEO of AutoFair. Today, Crews has five stores in New Hampshire and two in Massachusetts. Crews represents New Hampshire's franchised new-car dealers on the board of directors of the National Automobile Dealers Association. (Term: December 2020-March 2022)
