NextGen ATD helps prepare the dealers of tomorrow by giving them the tools to share ideas and look for ways to improve their business operations.

William Thompson
William Thompson

William Thompson works in fixed operations for TEC Equipment Leasing. William’s two older brothers and father are actively involved with TEC Equipment and are very close with each of them. He grew up in the suburbs of Portland in Tualatin and now resides in Downtown Portland. William attended Oregon State University where he was very active in the community and school boards, including the Business School Dean’s Circle of Excellence. He gained is First degree in Entrepreneurship from Oregon State and then studied Supply Chain Management at Lund University in Lund Sweden. William is still very active at OSU and has annual invites to speak to students who are either wanting to join their family business or wanting to transition to the next generation. William’s family has scholarships at OSU and PSU to help students who have never had the opportunity to go to college. In William’s free time, he enjoys aviation and continues to grow his passion.
